If you have a Mac system, be it an iMac, Mac Pro, Powerbook, etc and your having issues with the system, we can help.

If your system IS currently under warranty, goto THIS page and read through the instructions.

If your system is not covered by warranty, here are some common issues:

• System turns on but you get a flashing question mark on the screen
• System turns on, starts to load OS but never gets to desktop
• System turns on but emits loud BEEP sounds
• System turns on, starts to load but then ‘Kernel Panics’ (writing all over the screen)

These are just the more common issues, some could just need resetting specific components of the system, others could indicate hardware failure and would probably need an examination in the workshop.
