While your iPod is covered under Apples warranty we can organise a replacement or repair on the unit should you have hardware related trouble, but before you bring it in, please have a read through the following help guides on Apples website.
This helps eliminate bringing a unit in for repairs that may of just needed a restart, or software upgrade (charges apply if we service the unit and no fault is found).
Out of warranty?
If your iPod is broken there are a few options available to you, firstly, Apple offer an out of warranty replacement service, This service basically has 2 options, your iPod either has a dead battery or there is some other fault, prices vary depending on the iPod in question.

Please remember: Widebay Technology does NOT support aftermarket modifications to iPod units, we do not take the units apart to install batteries, replacement screens or hard-drives.
There are plenty of online resource’s that have the facilities for disassembling an iPod, this however is not sanctioned by Apple and therefore not practised by us.
